Hi, I’m Marija.
Ever wish you could sit down for a coffee with some of the most inspiring women in the industry?
That’s exactly what this podcast is. Real stories and practical tools, over a cup of oat latte. No fluff.
I started this podcast with one mission: to make women’s voices in tech impossible to miss.
My story
I never planned a career in tech. Then I discovered customer success and realised it was the work I was made for: listening closely, building trust and helping people succeed.
I grew from individual contributor to Director in four years, then stepped into a VP role and started my own customer success consultancy and advisory. Along the way, I’ve built CS functions and teams from scratch, coached CS leaders into their next promotion, and trained many CSMs through leadership programmes and team workshops.
Today I’m completing my Executive MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School, and I’ve founded my own consumer brand. So I know first hand what it takes to grow with courage, whether you’re leading a team, changing direction or building something of your own.
